The other day, I was looking online for tips to make my lips a lot more symmetrical, then I came upon a YouTube tutorial on ‘Facial Yoga‘. It was an amazing new discovery owing to the fact that I thought chewing gum regularly, & cupping was the only way to exercise your face.
With further research, I realized that in addition to facial yoga people ought to break certain habits that cause their facial skin to sag & adopt practices that improve skin elasticity.
So, here are the tips I learned. Enjoy!
